CMH Pharmacy Delivery
Medical Clinic of Wellman is now accepting prescription deliveries for eligible patients. If a patient elects to have their prescription delivered to the Wellman Clinic, they will need to complete paperwork at FMCW and set up a CMH Pharmacy account. Once the patient is eligible, the delivery process will be reviewed with them.
